Members of the firm have represented local and foreign clients in many of the most relevant transactions that took place during the 90s in the capital markets field, they represented underwriters and issuers in the most sounded initial public offerings and were actively involved in the development of the first Argentine securitization transactions and in the drafting of Argentine trust law. Members of the firm represented both banks and borrowers in some of the largest structures loans and project finance projects. The firm has been counsel of choice of international banks and multilateral entities for several of the restructuring processes that took place after the 2001 crisis. Most recently, the firm has been actively involved, working together with international law firms, in advising its international clients in their cross border financings and restructurings.
